Refrigerated and Dry Services

Tri-Hi Transportation supplies refrigerated and dry service to all points in the United States. We are committed in giving the best customer service available in the industry. Our company has been built on quality drivers that are safe and efficient with their time so each shipment is handled with care and gets to its destination on time and intact. Our office staff is a very passionate about working with our drivers to ensure your shipment’s condition and delivery.

Equipment

Our well maintained refrigerated fleet consists of late model equipment so your freight gets there on time and in excellent condition. Our refrigerated trailer fleet consists of all 53-foot light weight trailers. We can supply a datalog service to our refrigerated customers. The datalog service is data that can be downloaded from the refrigeration unit itself that would consist of a temperature reading every 10 minutes, Ambient temperature outside and return air temperatures that would be a more accurate temperature of what the product is pulped at. The average age of our tractors are 2 years and trailer average age is 2.5 years.

Smartway Certified

We are a proud partner with the EPA Smartway initiative. We have always been forward thinking when it comes to being fuel efficient and environmentaly friendly when it comes to the equipment that we purchase. We have the highest score available under the Smartway program and look forward to working with them in future being even more fuel efficient and lowering our carbon footprint.

Online POD and Load Tracking

We offer online POD’s and Online Load Tracking to all of our customers. All drivers have scanners in their trucks so they can scan a POD immediately after delivery and then this POD is available to you online. We also have easy to use Online Load Tracking. The Load Tracking feature gives the current location of each shipment, the miles away from the next destination and the exact times that the driver arrived and departed each shipper and receiver. If you would like to use the Online Load Tracking feature on our website please contact our office to obtain your username and password.

We supply satellite tracking of all shipments 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We have a computerized dispatch service that helps give exact times that shipments arrive and depart shippers, consignees and stop offs. We move Dry and Refrigerated shipments on a local basis daily. If you have shipments that need to be moved within a 200 mile radius of Merrill WI we can help you daily.
